Warranty Coverage

1. Any warranty claim will be assessed solely at the discretion of Made 2 Measure Golf Ltd.
2. Repairs made by anybody other than MADE 2 MEASURE GOLF LTD render the warranty void.
3. Any club head that detaches from the shaft must be sent back in order to be repaired. Club heads or shafts that break under normal playing conditions will be repaired free of charge.
4. Clubs which appear to be abused will not be covered by warranty.
5. The warranty covers only defective merchandise and not worn grips or abused products.
6. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges on repairs that are not covered under warranty.
7. All transactions are in pounds sterling.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS SECTION CONSTITUTE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN MADE 2 MEASURE GOLF LTD AND YOU (THE "CUSTOMER") FOR THE SALE OF PRODUCTS BY MADE 2 MEASURE GOLF LTD TO YOU. BY ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Return Policy: Due to the fact that these clubs are specifically designed and built to fit each customer's individual needs, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is defective. A customer can, if prefered, buy a single club so that a decision can be made about buying an entire set. Our sets are built based on information provided to us by the customer on the club fitting form (this form is designed to help us build the best clubs to meet an individual's unique needs).

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, MADE 2 MEASURE GOLF LTD EXCLUDES FOR ITSELF AND ITS SUPPLIERS ANY LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR FOR LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA, OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, USE, PERFORMANCE, FAILURE, OR INTERRUPTION OF THIS WEB SITE AND THE MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS ACCESSIBLE ON OR FROM THE SITE, EVEN IF MADE 2 MEASURE GOLF LTD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
